Sikhs in Academia A Sikh Academics and Researchers Network Sikhs in Academia A Sikh Academics and Researchers Network

Sikhs in Academia is a Sikh Academics and Researchers Network.

We represent professors, lecturers, researchers, and students in academia.

We are a dynamic and inclusive network that aims to promote academic excellence, and connect Sikh academics and researchers across various disciplines in the UK. The Sikhs in Academia community serves as a common platform for Sikhs studying or working in universities to come together, exchange ideas and collaborate.

The network recognises the importance of fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that allows Sikh academics and students to thrive and contribute to their respective fields.

Sikhs in Academia aims to create opportunities for Sikhs to showcase their work, engage in academic discourse, and connect with other like-minded individuals. Members of the network benefit from a range of resources, including regular events, mentorship programs, and career development workshops.

As a cross-disciplinary network, Sikhs in Academia values diversity and encourages participation from all areas of academia, including social sciences, humanities, STEM, and more.
