Originally, we came together with a simple mission: to support one another, share our lived experiences, and help each other grow. It was—and remains—a journey of GIVING. Whether it was helping a PhD student navigate their viva or supporting colleagues in their career development, the focus has always been on uplifting the next generation.
Today, that humble group has evolved into a major network of high-powered, experienced academics across the UK and beyond. And now, we are ready to open those doors wider than ever before.
